Our story
A partner, not a vendor
SIMAB is led by Michel-Anthony Borde, entrepreneur and SaaS developer. Since 2019 he has founded and run a managed IT services firm that supported more than 180 Canadian SMEs and non-profits, while sharpening his customer-service craft at Apple and Web Hosting Canada.
CRM, cloud, phone systems, security, backups. And when the perfect tool doesn’t exist, we build it ourselves (see our custom work). Now based in Ottawa-Gatineau, we serve clients on site and remotely, in English and in French. Our recipe is simple: understand first, recommend next, support always.
