Not at all! Non-profits are at the heart of what we do, and we also help small businesses and independent professionals who don’t have an in-house IT team.
Do we have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Our plans are month to month, with no long-term commitment. You stay free at all times.
What happens in an IT emergency?
Every plan includes a guaranteed response time, up to a 1-hour priority response on the Plus plan. In a critical incident, you speak directly with the person who knows your environment: 438 500-4020.
Does our data stay in Canada?
As much as possible, yes. We favour solutions hosted in Canada and help you meet your privacy obligations (Québec’s Law 25, PIPEDA).
Can you take over an existing setup?
