- Contact form. When you write to us through the form, we collect your name, your email address and the content of your message.
- Online store. When you place an order, we collect your name, billing address, email, phone number and order details.
- Customer account. If you create an account, we keep your contact details and your order history.
- Cookies. The site sets a few cookies that are essential to running the site and the store. See the cookies section below.
- Server logs. Our host records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) for security and reliability.
How we use your information
- Respond to your requests and follow up on business enquiries.
- Process your orders, payments and invoices.
- Meet our legal and tax obligations.
- Keep the site secure and working properly.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Sharing with third parties
We share your information only with the providers that help us run the site, and only as far as needed:
- Stripe processes card payments. Your card details go directly to Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our site.
- Our customer relationship management (CRM) system, hosted in Canada, receives the requests sent through the contact form so we can follow up.
- Our hosting provider, whose servers are located in Canada, hosts the site and its data.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

A cookie is a small file stored in your browser. The site uses essential cookies only. We do not use any advertising or tracking cookies. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as needed to answer your request, fulfill your order and meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights
Under Quebec’s Law 25 and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:
